better together needs space (1920 x 900 px)

-why I bought all three-

How the combination fulfilled my dream

I bought the Main Residence for the view, its end of the road privacy and the ponds. It is a beautiful home—a home almost everyone who visits has envied or expressed a wish to live in. For me, driving up over the crest of the hill I knew I had found my next adventure.
The large walk-in-closet and jetted tub in the master suite spoil me and laying in the hammock outside the the basement kitchen taking in the view of the range and the ponds is hard to beat.
The open concept great room is wonderful for entertaining and the house is warm and inviting.

So Why Buy the Other Properties?

  • Purchasing the Chintzey properties truly secured end-of-the road privacy.
  • A forest with moss-covered trails and ferns on 35 acres, with access to National Forest land right next door, made it possible for me to hike, snowshoe, or ski without ever having to travel.
  • The upper dwellings provides a potential source of income.

Together they create something far more uncommon—a mountain property with the flexibility to fulfill a dream, whether that is with family, guests, recreation, privacy, and future possibilities none of the parcels could offer alone.

  • Potential for passive income

The Off-the-Grid Cabin

  • complete privacy
  • quiet reflection
  • creative retreat
  • place to unplug
  • easy access to the Flathead National Forest for additional adventures
  • hunting, snowmobiling, or hiking basecamp

These are the reasons I bought all three properties. Each added something I felt was missing, and together they create flexibility and possibility none of them could offer alone.

The sum is truly greater than the sum of its parts.

Here’s an example of how they work together.

  • Imagine keeping your horses near your home in the fenced area with the livestock shelter.
  • When you are ready to ride, riding up onto the Hideaway’s trail system.
  • For even more miles of exploration, continue right onto adjacent Flathead National Forest Service land.
  • No need for a trailer or searching for a place to ride.
